Relating to provisions governing the carrying of a firearm by a person who is 21 years of age or older and not otherwise prohibited by state or federal law from possessing the firearm and to other provisions related to the carrying, possessing, transporting, or storing of a firearm or other weapon; creating criminal offenses.

 

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. Individuals wishing to provide public testimony or register a position on a bill should register at the electronic kiosk outside the hearing room. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies with your name and bill number on each copy.

 

To protect the health and safety of member, staff, and the public, the committee will strictly follow all Senate rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
