To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Criminal Justice Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room

Relating to the requirements of an affidavit supporting the installation and use of a mobile tracking device.

Relating to the issuance of a citation for a criminal trespass offense punishable as a Class B misdemeanor.

SB 281         Hinojosa               
Relating to the use of hypnotically induced testimony in a criminal trial.

SB 444         Hughes                 
Relating to the purchasing of a uniform by certain honorably retired peace officers.

SB 476         Nelson                 
Relating to establishment of county sexual assault response teams.

SB 510         Perry                  
Relating to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to Stephens County.

SB 511         Perry                  
Relating to the operation of the juvenile boards of Crosby and Lubbock Counties.
