Relating to telemedicine, telehealth, and technology-related health care services.

SB 464         Lucio                  
Relating to reports on deaths from reportable and other communicable diseases to county health authorities and health departments.

SB 930         Zaffirini              
Relating to the disclosure of certain information regarding the occurrence of communicable diseases in residential facilities.

SB 966         Kolkhorst              
Relating to legislative oversight during a public health disaster, including the establishment of a legislative public health oversight board.

SB 967         Kolkhorst              
Relating to the expiration and extension of certain public health orders issued by a health authority.

SB 1103        Seliger                
Relating to the regulation of nurse aides; requiring an occupational registration.

SB 1137        Kolkhorst              
Relating to the required disclosure by hospitals of prices for hospital services and items; providing administrative penalties.

Oral testimony: fill out a paper witness card and submit to the Clerk.

 

Oral and written testimony: fill out a paper witness card and hold on to

your documents until your name is called to testify.

 

Position only: register using the Senate kiosk located in the extension

hallways.

 

Written testimony only: register your position using the Senate kiosk then

bring your 20 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Assistant Clerk,

during the hearing.

 

Public oral testimony will be limited to 3 minutes.

 

 

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the Senate Health and Human Services Committee will strictly follow all Senate rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
