Relating to emergency medical services subscription programs and reciprocity agreements between certain air ambulance companies operating a subscription program.

Relating to the repeal of certain provisions related to health and human services.

SB 1297        Zaffirini | et al.      
Relating to child water safety requirements for certain organizations.

SB 1328        Hinojosa               
Relating to the operation of certain health care provider participation programs in this state.

SB 1386        Creighton              
Relating to a body worn camera program for emergency medical personnel.

SB 1914        Blanco | et al.         
Relating to excluding the value of motor vehicles in determining eligibility for the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

SB 2120        Hughes                 
Relating to a study on the safety of Texas swim schools.

Oral testimony: fill out a paper witness card and submit to the Clerk.

 

Oral and written testimony: fill out a paper witness card and hold on to

your documents until your name is called to testify.

 

Position only: register using the Senate kiosk located outside of the

Senate Chamber.

 

Written testimony only: register your position using the Senate kiosk then

bring your 20 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Assistant Clerk,

during the hearing.

 

Public oral testimony will be limited to 2 minutes.

 

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Health and Human Services Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
