The Senate Transportation Committee will consider and adopt the Committee rules, and conduct any other organizational business deemed necessary by the Chair.

To consider the following:

SB 5           Nichols | et al.        
Relating to the expansion of broadband services to certain areas.

SB 507         Nichols | et al.
Relating to an accommodation process authorizing the use of state highway rights-of-way by broadband-only providers.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the Senate Transportation Committee will strictly follow all Senate rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
