SB 762         Powell                 
Relating to the powers of certain regional transportation authorities.

SB 1098        Creighton              
Relating to certain contracts regarding airports and associated air navigation facilities operated by or on behalf of a local government.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Transportation Committee will strictly follow all Senate rules

relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
