To consider the following:

 

HB 19          Leach | et al.           SP: Taylor
Relating to civil liability of a commercial motor vehicle owner or operator, including the effect that changes to that liability have on commercial automobile insurance.

HB 3399        Ortega | et al.          SP: Blanco
Relating to the authority of the Texas Department of Transportation to provide road services on federal military property.

SB 2246        Schwertner
Relating to the designation of a portion of State Highway 164 in Limestone County as the State Trooper Chad Walker Memorial Highway.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Transportation Committee will strictly follow all Senate rules

relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.

 

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes per person.
