NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Committee will meet to adopt rules, organize, and will consider the following:

 

 

SB 152         Perry                  
Relating to the regulation of groundwater conservation districts.

SB 599         Perry                  
Relating to the removal and disposal of abandoned fishing devices and the seizure and disposition of unlawful fishing devices.

SB 601         Perry                  
Relating to the creation and activities of the Texas Produced Water Consortium.

SB 675         Kolkhorst              
Relating to special open season hunting of certain migratory game birds by veterans and members of the United States armed forces on active duty.

SB 705         Lucio | et al.          
Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Animal Health Commission.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff, and the public, the Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture and Rural Affairs will strictly follow all Senate rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to enter the Senate Hearing Room: E1.016.

 

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, you must include your name or the name of your organization on

each copy, and provide 15 hard copies at the hearing.
