A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to certain conferences, training, and continuing |
|
|
education provided by the Health and Human Services Commission or |
|
|
required of commission staff, commission surveyors, or staff of |
|
|
certain facilities regulated by the commission. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: |
|
|
(1) Section 247.066(h), Health and Safety Code; |
|
|
(2) Section 533A.066, Health and Safety Code; and |
|
|
(3) Sections 22.039(b-1) and (b-2), Human Resources |
|
|
Code. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
