R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The service of an admired Pecos County official drew |
|
|
to a close when Merejildo Dominguez III retired as constable on |
|
|
December 31, 2022; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Over the course of his tenure, Mr. Dominguez served |
|
|
his fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the myriad |
|
|
responsibilities of his office; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his dedication and commitment to good |
|
|
governance, Merejildo Dominguez III has helped make Pecos County an |
|
|
even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a |
|
|
standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Merejildo Dominguez III for his service |
|
|
as a Pecos County constable and extend to him sincere best wishes |
|
|
for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Dominguez as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
