R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The service of an admired Pecos County official drew |
|
|
to a close when Elaine Henderson retired as district clerk on |
|
|
December 31, 2022; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Henderson served |
|
|
her fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the myriad |
|
|
responsibilities of her office; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her dedication and commitment to good |
|
|
governance, Elaine Henderson has helped make Pecos County an even |
|
|
better place in which to live and work, and she has set a standard of |
|
|
excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Elaine Henderson for her service as |
|
|
Pecos County district clerk and extend to her sincere best wishes |
|
|
for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Henderson as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
