R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Jason Haug has ably served his fellow Texans as a |
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Jacey Jetton |
|
during the 88th Legislative Session; and |
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Haug has provided vital |
|
assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, |
|
including supporting Representative Jetton in his role on the House |
|
Appropriations Committee and communicating with constituents; in |
|
addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Haug is currently studying political science |
|
with a minor in Spanish at Texas A&M University, where he is |
|
expected to graduate in 2024; active in his campus community, he is |
|
a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Eta Upsilon Chapter, and he has |
|
also been involved with the Texas A&M Public Policy Internship |
|
Program, Century Club, and Sigma Delta Pi Spanish Honor Society; in |
|
addition, he has been named to the TAMU dean's list; and |
|
WHEREAS, Jason Haug has performed his duties as a legislative |
|
aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed deserving of |
|
special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby commend Jason Haug for his service as a |
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Jacey Jetton |
|
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
|
his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for Mr. Haug as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
House of Representatives. |
