R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Susan LeBlanc has ably served her fellow Texans as
  district director for Chambers County in the office of State
  Representative Terri Leo-Wilson during the 88th Legislature; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. LeBlanc's resourcefulness and initiative have
  earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her contributions to
  carrying forth Representative Leo-Wilson's legislative agenda have
  helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;
  and
         WHEREAS, For nearly three decades, Mrs. LeBlanc enjoyed a
  rewarding career as a school nutrition director at the Lumberton
  and Barbers Hill Independent School Districts; over the years, she
  played an instrumental role in establishing a lunch program for
  secondary students, and she led the catering staff during district
  events; in addition, she oversaw the creation of gardens at local
  elementary schools, and she taught second-grade students in the
  Junior Master Gardener program; and
         WHEREAS, Active in her community, Mrs. LeBlanc has given
  generously of her time and talents to serve a number of civic
  organizations, and she has further distinguished herself through
  her involvement with the local and state Republican Party; she
  holds a bachelor's degree in home economics and business from
  McNeese State University; and
         WHEREAS, In all her endeavors, Mrs. LeBlanc benefits from the
  love and support of her husband, Tim, and she takes great pride in
  their son, Andrew; and
         WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her
  duties as district director with skill and dedication, and she is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Susan LeBlanc for her service as
  district director for Chambers County in the office of State
  Representative Terri Leo-Wilson during the 88th Legislature and
  extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mrs. LeBlanc as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
