R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Mark Harris has ably served his fellow Texans as an |
|
|
intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis during |
|
|
the 88th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Harris has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, |
|
|
including bill research and communication with constituents; in |
|
|
addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|
|
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A senior at Texas State University, Mr. Harris is |
|
|
pursuing a degree in public administration; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mark Harris has performed his duties as a |
|
|
legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Mark Harris for serving as a legislative |
|
|
intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis and |
|
|
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his |
|
|
endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Harris as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
