R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, A life made rich through meaningful service drew to |
|
a close with the passing of Allen Ralph Trejo of San Antonio on May |
|
8, 2023, at the age of 62; and |
|
WHEREAS, The son of Ralph and Charlotte Trejo, Allen Trejo |
|
was born on January 17, 1961, and he grew up with the companionship |
|
of two siblings, Gilbert and Vina; he earned a fire science degree |
|
from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and two associate of arts |
|
degrees from San Antonio College; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Trejo enjoyed a rewarding career with the San |
|
Antonio Fire Department; ultimately rising to the rank of |
|
lieutenant, this distinguished public servant fulfilled his |
|
demanding work responsibilities with the utmost professionalism; |
|
he retired after 33 years of dedicated service to his fellow |
|
citizens; and |
|
WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Trejo benefited from the |
|
love and support of his wife, Margaret Ann, with whom he shared a |
|
fulfilling marriage spanning three and a half decades; he was the |
|
proud father of three daughters, Victoria, Alexa, and Julie; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Allen Trejo will be greatly missed, |
|
memories of his deep devotion to his family and his community remain |
|
to comfort and inspire those he leaves behind; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Allen Ralph Trejo and |
|
extend heartfelt condolences to the members of his family: to his |
|
wife, Margaret Ann Gomez Trejo; to his daughters, Victoria, Alexa, |
|
and Julie Trejo; to his brother, Gilbert Trejo, and his wife, Linda; |
|
to his sister, Vina Trejo Delgado, and her husband, Alfonso; and to |
|
all others who mourn his passing; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Allen |
|
Trejo. |
