R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, All who shared in the life of John Andrew Calderon of |
|
Robstown were deeply saddened by his passing on January 21, 2023, at |
|
the age of 32; and |
|
WHEREAS, The son of Johnny Calderon Jr. and Maria Alma |
|
Rodriguez Calderon, John Calderon was born in Houston on May 25, |
|
1990; affectionately known as "Trapper John," he was an avid |
|
outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and |
|
barbecuing; and |
|
WHEREAS, Above all else, Mr. Calderon delighted in the time |
|
he spent with his family; he was the proud father of three children, |
|
Miabella, Ava, and Levi, and his life was further enriched by the |
|
companionship he shared with Lisa Ann Gonzales; his circle of loved |
|
ones also included his grandmother, Angelita Rodriguez, as well as |
|
his friends Cezar Gonzalez and Ramiro Alejandro, who were like |
|
brothers to him; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although the loss of John Calderon is difficult to |
|
bear, memories of his kindness, his generosity, and his devotion to |
|
his family remain to comfort and inspire those he leaves behind; |
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of John Andrew Calderon |
|
and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his |
|
children, Miabella Rose Calderon, Ava Jo Calderon, and Levi Andrew |
|
Calderon; to his significant other, Lisa Ann Gonzales; to his |
|
father, Johnny Calderon Jr.; to his grandmother, Angelita |
|
Rodriguez; to his friends Cezar Gonzalez and Ramiro Alejandro; and |
|
to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of John |
|
Calderon. |
