A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the provision of mobile emergency medical services by |
|
|
the Big Bend Regional Hospital District. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 1007, Special District |
|
|
Local Laws Code, is amended by adding Section 1007.1055 to read as |
|
|
follows: |
|
|
Sec. 1007.1055. MOBILE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES. The |
|
|
district may provide mobile emergency medical services within the |
|
|
district's boundaries. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
