R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Dr. Mark Bronson, owner of the Bronson Clinic in
  Fort Worth, has received the 2023 Paul M. Tullio Award from the
  National Board of Chiropractic Examiners; and
         WHEREAS, Named in honor of Dr. Paul Tullio, a renowned leader
  in the chiropractic field, the Tullio Award recognizes individuals
  who have distinguished themselves in any or all of the areas of
  examination development, administration, analysis, or scoring for
  the chiropractic profession; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to operating the Bronson Clinic,
  Dr. Bronson has served as a designated doctor for the Texas
  Department of Insurance's Division of Workers' Compensation and as
  chief examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners; he
  has been active in the Texas Chiropractic Association as president
  of his district, as state director, as a board member, and as
  coordinator of the organization's Department of Scientific
  Affairs, and he was honored with its Doctor of the Year award; in
  2016, he was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Board of
  Chiropractic Examiners, where he is currently serving his second
  term; and
         WHEREAS, Dr. Bronson holds a bachelor of business
  administration degree in finance from The University of Texas at
  Austin and a doctor of chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic
  College; he is a member of the American Chiropractic Association
  and the Texas Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists, and he holds
  certifications in chiropractic orthopedics, pain management,
  disability analysis, and neuromusculoskeletal medicine; and
         WHEREAS, Mark Bronson has served his patients and his peers
  with great dedication, and it is a privilege to join in honoring him
  for his myriad achievements; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature
  hereby congratulate Dr. Mark Bronson on his receipt of the 2023
  Paul M. Tullio Award from the National Board of Chiropractic
  Examiners and commend him for his outstanding contributions to the
  chiropractic profession and to the health and well-being of his
  fellow Texans; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Dr. Bronson as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas Senate.
