R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Robert Haley has ably served his fellow Texans as |
|
|
committee director for the Nominations Committee during the 88th |
|
|
Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Haley ensured the smooth operation of the |
|
|
committee through his outstanding organizational skills, |
|
|
meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding of |
|
|
the complex nomination proceedings; he communicated effectively |
|
|
and maintained positive interpersonal relationships to foster an |
|
|
environment of trust and respect and to ensure successful |
|
|
collaboration with committee members, legislators, stakeholders, |
|
|
and nominees; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Promoting a transparent nominating process and |
|
|
maintaining its integrity, Mr. Haley conducted thorough background |
|
|
checks and careful reviews of qualifications; his impartial, |
|
|
comprehensive, and well-reasoned evaluations of nominees played a |
|
|
significant role in the appointment of highly qualified individuals |
|
|
to key positions in state government; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |
|
|
duties as committee director with diligence, professionalism, and a |
|
|
steadfast commitment to excellence, and he is indeed deserving of |
|
|
special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature |
|
|
hereby commend Robert Haley for his service as committee director |
|
|
for the Nominations Committee and extend to him sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Haley as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
Senate. |
