No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based upon information provided by the Railroad Commission, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, it is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources and that any changes in revenues collected would be insignificant.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
