No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

Law enforcement agencies would incur costs related to the establishment of electronic systems that are capable of meeting or exceeding handle with care notice transmission and data storage requirements.
