According to SOS, provisions of the bill related to the registration of VSOs could be accomplished with existing resources.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated.

According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the fiscal impact on the state cannot be estimated.

It is presumed that collection of any civil penalties assessed by SOS could be accomplished by OAG with existing resources.
