The bill would amend the Government Code to expand the definition of "law enforcement agency" in Subchapter J of Chapter 614, which sets out physical fitness programs and standards for law enforcement agencies, to include the Office of the Attorney General.
According to the Office of the Attorney General, no significant fiscal implications are anticipated from the provisions of the bill.
