No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed that school districts that choose to implement a policy regarding the maintenance, administration, and disposal of opioid antagonists would likely have costs including for appropriate training of staff and volunteers, storage, and reporting.
