No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Texas Government Code relating to the duties and composition of the Specialty Courts Advisory Council.
It is anticipated that any costs created by the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the current resources of the Governor's Office.
According to the Office of Court Administration, no fiscal implications are anticipated from the provisions of the bill.
