IN RE:	HB3045 by Bonnen (Relating to the designation of a portion of Farm-to-Market Road 517 in Brazoria and Galveston Counties as the Ken Clark Memorial Highway.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, to require the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to design, construct, and erect highway markers naming a specific portion or segment of state highway.

Based on the information provided by TxDOT, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
