IN RE:	HB3211 by Stucky (Relating to a campus of the Texas State Technical College System located in Denton County.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would codify a campus in Denton County as a component location of Texas State Technical College. While the bill does not make an appropriation, it would enable a Denton County campus of TSTC to receive direct state appropriations in the future, including formula and small institution supplement funding. Potential future costs related to formula calculations are unknown at this time.
