No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill codifies campuses in Williamson County, Guadalupe and Comal County, and Denton County as component locations of Texas State Technical College. While the bill does not make an appropriation, it enables the specified new campuses of TSTC to receive direct state appropriations in the future, including formula and small institution supplement funding. Potential future costs related to formula calculations are unknown at this time.
