No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to allow certain individuals retiring from Windham ISD to participate in the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program. According to the Employees Retirement System, no significant impact to the state is anticipated from implementing the provisions of the bill.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
