No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed there would be a cost to schools that choose to implement a policy regarding the maintenance, administration, and disposal of opioid antagonists. These costs could include appropriate training of staff and volunteers, storage, and reporting.
