No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Office of the Attorney General to conduct a study on the feasibility of linking debit card transaction to bullion in the Texas Bullion Depository.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional resulting work from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
