The bill would create a joint interim committee to study, review, and report to the legislature on the methods and procedures for appraising land used for wildlife management for ad valorem tax purposes.
The joint interim committee would be required to report their findings to the Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Governor, no later than December 22, 2024.
