No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The bill would require a school district employee to report incidents of bullying to campus behavior coordinators or other district officials and require districts to report the number of bullying incidents, including identity-based bullying.
