IN RE:	HB4861 by Wilson (Relating to the creation and issuance of specialty license plates.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV), in designing specialty license plates for the military, to consider design recommendations from people who are eligible to be issued military specialty license plates.

Based on the information provided by TxDMV, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the department's existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
