It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources and any revenue implications associated with the bill would be insignificant. It is also assumed that any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
