IN RE:	SB1032 by Kolkhorst (Relating to oyster certificates of location; authorizing a fee.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any cost implications associated with the bill would be insignificant.

It is also assumed that there could be an indeterminate increase in certificate of locations issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department resulting in revenue gain to the state that is not anticipated to be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
