No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code and the Election Code relating to the duty of the Office of the Attorney General to prosecute certain criminal offenses.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
