SB2124 by Creighton (relating to an advanced mathematics program for public school students in middle school.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Local Government Impact
Each school district and open-enrollment charter school would be required to develop an advanced mathematics program for middle school students that is designed to enable those students who qualify to enroll in Algebra I in eighth grade. Therefore, school districts and open-enrollment charter schools may incur costs implementing an advanced mathematics program.
