IN RE:	SB2315 by Hughes (relating to the creation of a task force to develop a plan for the consolidation of the functions of workforce development programs administered by the Texas Workforce Commission and social services programs administered by the Health and Human Services Commission.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Department of Insurance and the Health and Human Services Commission, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by the agencies utilizing existing resources.
