IN RE:	SB2451 by Menéndez (relating to personal information entered on the carrier envelope of a ballot to be voted by mail.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

The bill would amend the Election Code related to envelopes used for mail-in ballots.  According to the Secretary of State, additional rulemaking duties required by the bill could be accomplished within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
