AN ACT
|

relating to the repeal of wheelbase and horsepower restrictions for |
|
|
the state's passenger vehicle fleet. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 2158.003, Government Code, is repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
|
