No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish certain procedures for an authorized peace officer to use a mobile tracking device on a vehicle. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
