No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require private recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds to comply with certain National Fire Protection Association standards, and would restrict the ability of governmental entities to impose more stringent standards. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
