The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The Chair made opening remarks.

The Chair laid out SB 1.

Testimony was heard on SB 1 – Article I.  Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

At 10:30 AM Senator Huffman moved that the Committee stand in recess.

At 12:55 PM the Committee reconvened.

The Chair closed public testimony.

Senator Huffman moved that SB 1 be left pending; without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 4:44 PM Senator Huffman moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
