            House Bill 1457 amends the Water Code to eliminate the cooking of poultry carcasses for swine food as an acceptable option for poultry carcass disposal. The bill also makes an exception to the prohibition against storing poultry carcasses on poultry facility sites for more than 72 hours, allowing such extended storage if the carcasses are frozen or refrigerated.
