            House Bill 1820 amends the Government Code to require state agencies to report certain technological innovations to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives rather than to the attorney general.  The bill amends the Tax Code to eliminate a requirement that the governing body of a municipality send the attorney general a copy of its report regarding property taxes in a reinvestment zone and also eliminates a requirement that the Nueces River Authority provide the attorney general with a copy of its audit report.
