            House Bill 1921 amends the Special District Local Laws Code to revise the governing provisions of the Upper Colorado River Authority, following Sunset Advisory Commission recommendations. In addition to including across-the-board sunset provisions, the bill expands the authority's territory and revises the composition of the authority's board of directors.
