            House Bill 2100 amends the Special District Local Laws Code to create the East Houston Management District.

 

Reason Given for Veto: "Determining the boundaries of new taxing districts should be a fair and transparent process. The boundaries of the management district created by House Bill 2100 received particular attention during legislative deliberations. In particular, questions were raised regarding the exclusion of certain large parcels from the district."
