House Bill 2102 adds Henda's Law to the Health and Safety Code to require certain mammography facilities, on completion of a mammogram, to provide a notice to the patient that the patient might benefit from supplemental screening tests if the patient has risk factors for breast cancer and the mammogram demonstrates that the patient has dense breast tissue.
