            House Bill 2210 amends the Code of Criminal Procedure to require a peace officer who investigates an alleged occurrence of the offense of assault, aggravated assault, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, or terroristic threat to prepare a written report that contains information about the incident, including the name of the persons involved, the date, time, location, description, and disposition of the incident, and any visible or reported injuries.  The bill requires a local law enforcement agency, on request of a victim of such an offense or of an incident of family violence, to provide to the victim, at no cost, certain information contained in the report.
